towards healthier lifestyle :)

ok,saye mau realisasikan impian saye!!
diet : eat moderately,one scoop of rice per day only.eat more protein than carbohydrate...
slowly,reduce amount of rice n for absolute and faster result of losing my weight,i need to stop carbohydrate intake..but,this one really need sacrifice n motivation...lastly,ACTION!!!
drink more plain water!!!
exercise : 3 times per week...interval pattern...run then walk....but dun abruptly stop after running..it might give a shock to ur hormone that is released during ur exercise....esp:adrenaline..lactate...
aerobic : insyaAllah,i'll join aerobic organised by PPUKM..every monday n wednesday...
for 1 hour n 30 minutes...it'd be good for ur cardio as well as for ur calorie burning..
sleep : sleep well...at least 6-7 hours per day...:) i think i dun have problems with dis(except if i've oncall)huhuhu....
and the most important amongst all of dis:
PASSION+BE CONSTANT+EXTRAORDINARY DESIRE=--->>YOU'LL GET THE GOOD RESULT OF WHAT U WANT!---> IDEAL WEIGHT..

tapi malas nak bersenam, apa nak jadi da...

ni nak jadi contoh ni.hehe.
soalan cepu emas: berat kak yah berapa sekarang.hehehe
